Crockpot Keto Chili
Ingredients:
- 3lbs ground beef (We use ground deer)
- 3 15oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 15 oz can tomato paste
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 3 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 TBS Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup Salsa
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 TBS garlic
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 TBS Salt
- 1 TBS Pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp tumeric
- Dash of ground ginger
Directions:
- Chop onion, green pepper, celery, and bacon
- Add Onion, Pepper, Celery, Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, 1/2 the seasonings, and Beef Broth to Crockpot
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add in ground meat and chopped bacon.
- Add in about half the seasonings, Worcestershire and salsa to the meat.
- Once meat is cooked through, add to crockpot.
- Stir everything.
- Cook on High for 4-6 hours.
- Serve!
