June 9th - 15th

Sunday....

I got this picture from my mom Sunday morning and I couldn't help but share it😂.
They have not one, but two of these little guys hanging out under the steps on their patio!

They can be destructive so they've got to go...but they're so darn cute.

Deegan was in fine form Sunday morning...he kills me, I know...he shouldn't be on the table, but what are you gonna do🤷‍♀️.

And then there is sweet Dublin being so good!

Once we got up and around we hung out for a little bit and relaxed and then Joe started working on a friends car.

This is what these two did while we sat outside, They were good for about 5 seconds.

We headed to a family bbq in the afternoon and this is the face we left...😔 He breaks my heart when he does this! There have been many times we've come back home to him sitting here in the same spot.

It was super windy😬😬 but we still had a great time spent with everyone!

After the bbq we ran to Chariton to take our friend him and then went to get Deegan a new collar when we got back to town, he was on the verge of pulling the seams out of his current one😬.
Joe wasn't hungry and I didn't feel like cooking anything so we stopped at Caseys so I could get a snack.
And they can be soo perfect when popcorn chicken is involved!
P.S....poor Dublin...Deegan got ahold of both pieces😂, I made it up to him with a marshmallow when Deegan wasn't looking.

Such an exhausted little puppy...💜.

I had a rough night Sunday/Monday morning so I slept in and tried to take it easy as much as possible, something I have a hard time doing...

Joe snapped this of my and the doggies, they sure know how to make momma feel better😉.

We were able to get two more loads of water in the pool, 3 down and 18 more to go...😒.
Because my parents are currently on well water it would drain the well if we used it to fill the pool.
Thankfully a family friend has a 450 gallon tank and truck that we've been able to use to haul it but boy its a process...We're still trying to find someone with a bigger tank that we could use so it doesn't take a million years to get it finished!
All said and done it will be SO worth it, and they'll be on rural water by next summer so thankfully we won't have to worry about this again.

When we got home from finishing the pool runs Joe got to work fixing our friends car (They didn't have the parts in town that he needed to finish Sunday).

These two were so good while we were out there! One, Deegan actually listened to us and stopped barking at the neighbors cat (If you look real close you can see it in the background) so we felt like that was a pretty big win😂.
And two, I love how much energy they, mainly Deegan...get run off when they're outside so they'll actually go to bed at night!
Neither one but especially Dublin are not naturally outdoor dogs, maybe cause they're too spoiled...who knows🤷‍♀️, but it takes a few weeks to get them adjusted to being out there and then even Dublin goes and sits by the back door instead of the front because he knows that takes them to the backyard to play!

Such a handsome baby.

I had cut these up and put them in a ziplock to marinate when I woke up and oh my gosh I don't like zucchini or squash but boy it smelled SO good!
All I did was cut them up, add a little olive oil, italian dressing, chipotle southwest seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder, mixed them all together and let them sit in the fridge until I was ready for them.

I sat in the shade and added them to the skewers while keeping Joe company.

Soo yummy looking! I had a chopped up potato in the tin foil for myself.
I grilled the kabobs for about an hour, Joe said you really could have gone less or more time with them because of what they are but that they tasted good.

Mmm...I'm working on presentation, I loved how everything was looking on the cookie tray!

After supper we went and got some snocones and came back home to relax and unwind after a long busy day...Does anyone else feel like they're constantly on the go with no end in site...even though I'm home all the time, doing half of what a normal person does still feels like a huge task!
Joe works 50+ hours a week, does gym at least 2 nights a week, picks up the slack for me, and then has his usual stuff like yard work, etc. every week, then there is always something on the weekends!
I know we're not the only people that feel that way but how do you deal with it??
I know that parents that have kids in sports have it so much worse and I wanna know how you can get it all in without getting so burnt out?

Joe is always pulled in a million directions so I try to do as much as I can but I did learn after trying to mow a couple weeks ago that I can't do as much as I'd like😒😒.
My goal for us this summer is to be more intentional with our time, if its cleaning, yard work, etc. be present, get it finished quickly and efficiently so its out of the way and we can focus on fun things! And I know we've all been there...but the more I get rid of things the more freeing it is in many ways but especially having more time to do things we actually love, we have less yard work because there's less to clean up, and less house work for the same reason. I suggest re evaluating things you're keeping around that are dragging you down, you'll feel so great letting it go!

Clearly the days activities wore Deegan out too.

And this is how he felt about waking up Tuesday morning...😂😂.

I tried to sleep in a little bit but here's the thing with prednisone...If you don't take before like 10:00am you might as well kiss sleep GOODBYE for that night😒, and you have to eat with it...and one of the things my Dr has me on I have to take everyday 30 minutes before my first meal, so basically its just a whole process😬 That is all supposed to happen at the same time everyday.
That doesn't happen, but I try to get it within an hour everyday.

My ootd. my new favorite shirt because my new favorite restaurant!
I got these shorts at Platos closet a year or two ago for like $10 and they're so comfy, but aren't all gym shorts??
Tshirt/tank top, gym shorts, and flip flops are basically my uniform for the summer. I have lots of cute dresses, etc. but this usually wins out every time!

Once I got done in the shower I went about my normal morning routine of making the bed and picking up the house.
The things that make my day feel SO out of whack if I don't get them done, is there something you have like that, that you have to do every single day?

I'm still trying to "rest" so I piled all the laundry that need folded and hung onto the bed and set there to get it done.

This is how Dublin felt about me doing laundry and not paying attention to him...

My other little laundry helper...
And that face😂😂.

I hardly ever go to Whole Foods. but when I do I absolutely have to get the sourdough bread, if you haven't had it, you're missing out and you need to head straight there and get a loaf! (P.S. They'll cut it for you if you ask).
Then...I got to thinking last night that The new Parmesan Truffle seasoning I got downtown a couple weeks ago would be so amazing on a grilled cheese!
I had gotten some roasted turkey slices from Trader Joes last week so I added that to it also, Oh my goodness...so yummy, and I'm so sad because that used up the last of the sourdough bread.

We have a friend coming to convert our portable dishwasher to a wired in one (We had an under the counter dishwasher that didnt work when we moved in and then Joes uncle and aunt gave us a portable one shortly after so we've just been using that...We always had intentions of converting it ourselves and never got around to it but the hardware to hook it up to the sink is wearing out so there's no better time like the present I guess🤷‍♀️.
Anyways, the load I tried to do Monday didn't get clean because I couldn't get enough pressure from the sink, so I ended up washing all the dishes by hand...I actually don't mind that at all other than the fact I'm trying to stay off my feet as much as possible😬.
I got all of those done and decided to vacuum the living room and office - My new plan is to split projects like that up into a couple days, Hopefully I'll stick to it and stop overdoing it😉.

After lunch and cleaning up I sat outside with the dogs for a little while and enjoyed the perfect weather!

When we came in I did a little more picking up...I could seriously find a million things to clean in a seemingly spotless looking house...😂. I like everything to have a place, etc. so I'm constantly changing things around to get the best efficiency.

After that I tried to get some stuff planned out in my calendar and did a little blog work.

Just living his best life...

I'm telling you guys, dogs are so much smarter than we give them credit for.
Everyday when Joe's working around 4:30-4:45 Deegan starts watching and waiting for daddy to get home💙.

For real. Never go to the store when you're hungry...I'm ashamed to admit I ate most of this package in one evening, and then threw them away. But you seriously need to try them out though because they're the best thing EVER!

So if you've read any of my previous blog post you'd know we're totally obsessed with The Angry Goldfish in Des Moines.
Their fries are parmesan and they're amazing.
So we decided to try and recreate them and oh my goodness these are SOO good!!
I cooked them in the air fryer and as soon as I took them out I sprayed them with olive oil spray, added the Truffled Parmesan seasoning I've also been obsessed with lately and added garlic salt. I tossed them around to coat everything.

I had gotten breaded pork loin at Hyvee a few weeks ago so we had those out of the air fryer and the fries for supper.

Isn't this the sweetest thing! Deegan had to be in his kennel so Dublin laid right by him to eat his peanut butter from his kong! (Don't worry, Deegan got some too😉).

You guys it's so great to have friends that are jack of all trades!

Our friend that's done a bunch of handyman work in my parents old house and new came over to convert our portable dishwasher into a hardwired one, while he was here he fixed our ceiling fan (When it got put in the wires didn't get hooked up right so the fan never worked), and then fixed Joes moms lawnmower string that broke on us! If you're local and need any work done let me know and I'll get you his info!

My ootd Wednesday - The shirt is from Pink (Victoria Secret) That I got at one of there sales a few years ago for $10 and it is soo comfy!
The jeans are silver brand that I found at goodwill for like $8 a few weeks ago.
And of course...the sandals😂 I promise I have cuter/nicer ones...but these are just so comfortable.

I went to take Joe his lunch and had to stop and get gas along the way.
I ended up going to Hyvee gas because I was too tired/lazy to walk from the pumps into the store at Caseys😂. That was a mistake...I love their hotdogs and I'd never head their monster cookies before but now I'm hooked.

When I got home Alan was still here finishing up the dishwasher (He had to finish today because he needed parts and the hardware stores were closed Tuesday night).

I know it sounds dumb, its not like this is a super nice dishwasher and the counter doesn't match, etc. but its soo nice having this done and not having the dishwasher in the way anymore! Honestly it doesn't take much to make me happy anymore😂.

Next on my list is getting this wax off the wall thats been there like a year and half😒. since the dishwasher sat in front of it I just never got around to it.
A friend of mine told me to take an iron and an old hand towel to it and it should come off, I'll keep you updated on how it works!

When Alan got done I took advantage of that time to lay in bed and try to rest...I've been struggling with not feeling well/being exhausted lately and am trying to rest as much as possible to get through it. Dublin thought it was just to cuddle him of course😉.

For an afternoon snack I ate some of this oven roasted turkey and it was soo good! I highly recommend trying it out.

And then it was Deegan's turn to cuddle💙💙.

Around 4:30 I took them outside so I could soak up some sun and they could play.

I was having a rough day and Joe tried to cheer me up with these cookies, it worked...😂. I make some good sugar cookies if I do say so myself but man these ones are so yummy!

We hardly ever do frozen pizzas but sometimes you just gotta give in🤷‍♀️

Joe got the Digiorno stuffed crust and they were so yummy! I know its frozen pizza how could it be that yummy...But I don't discriminate against any pizzas!

These are the two we got.

Then we settled on the couch and watched the new Overboard movie. If you haven't seen it yet go buy it!! It is so funny!

Joe's dad got him this knife for his birthday and gave it to him at his last fight.
They've not always had the easiest relationship so it meant soo much to Joe that he did this so he had a friend engrave "Its a family tradition" with boxing gloves on it (Joe's dad and uncle were both boxers). I had to share with you guys because I thought it turned out so neat!!

My ootd Thursday - I got this t-shirt and capris for like $10 when Shopko in Chariton was going out of business! It's a little "boring" but I love how comfy it is.

I got a pretty late start Thursday - I finally was able to get some sleep! so once I got up and around I sat outside with the dogs. This weather we've been having lately is so weird but I'm not going to complain, it was soo nice out.

So I thought I could come inside and they'd be fine by themselves...obviously Deegan didn't think so😏.

Once I let the dogs in we settled on the couch and watched some Matlock.

Deegans under the blanket😂.

These two crack me up, they're such good cuddlers!

Look at that sweet face!! my gosh he's looking so old😞.

It was so nice and sunny out later in the afternoon I decided to take the dogs out to play and try to get some work done.

Tangled in .5 seconds....😒.

Dublin mr anti social😂😂.

Yes thats our Christmas lights still up on the garage...they've been there since our first Christmas here😂.
And we actually do have new siding for the garage we just haven't gotten around to hanging it, It's going to be so nice when we get it done!

Puppy picture overload I know...I couldn't help it🤷‍♀️
Joe snapped this of me when he got home😊.

Since we got the dishwasher in I wasn't really liking the way the toaster oven looked on the top with the spice rack in the background.
I decided to switch around the Coffee maker and the toaster oven and I think it looks so much better!
In the winter time I have stuffs set out like a little coffee or hot cocoa bar and I think it'll all be really cute over here!

Guys we're almost there!! So I think I had told you we were having to haul 500 gallons at a time from town up to my parents new house.
Well we didn't realize when the plumber came to put the new septic in they'd get hooked up to rural water so we were able to use that to finally get the pool filled!

(The black thing in the bottom is the pool cover)
We went out to put the filter in so we can get it the rest of the way up and Joe and Chris were trying to decide if it was to cold to get in or not.

I stuck my toes in and trust me...It was COLD.

That didn't stop Joe at all😂😂

It was such a beautiful ride home. I love riding the bike the countrysides of Iowa, I definitely think we take for granted how beautiful it is.

When we got back to town we decided to ride around for a minute and ran into all these guys at Grade Lake.
They were so cute and that single one in the middle was totally giving us the look while he guarded the rest of them.

Joe was rocking some pretty sweet hair by the time we got home😂.

We weren't gone long but these two sure thought it was.

I hadn't eaten supper yet by the time we got home so Joe made me some toast, it's my go to when I'm not feeling great.

I sure love this old doggie and all of his cuteness.

These two were so cute again laying near each other to chew on their Kongs.

My ootd Friday - I got this shirt at Grassroots a few weeks ago and aside from "Home Body" totally describing me it is soo soft and comfy. These are a pair of the jeans I got at goodwill last week for $16 they are 7 for all mankind and I'm afraid to say I'm TOTALLY hooked...they are seriously so comfortable.

I wasn't going to share this and then I thought what the heck...I took it to send to Joe because I knew he loved these jeans.
I've struggled so much with my weight being on prednisone for so long and having swelling and when I looked at this picture I really liked the way I looked and I thought it would be a good reminder to all of us because I know we all struggle at one time or another. What you see and what other people see are very different things. Even though I'm heavier than I would like to be other people still see a "skinny" person, especially compared to what I used to be! So basically...It's ok for you to think you look good and you should!

My hair is a hot mess...between the motorcycle, tanning/being in the sun, and it already being dry from being so blonde it is soo fried and broken😩😩 so I've been trying to use as little heat and washing it as little as possible, Today I was able to pull off "Day Three" hair and it actually didn't look to terrible!

I ran to Des Moines to to run a couple errands in the morning.
I don't think I've ever done this...on my way to Des Moines I got a call from the hospital here in town because I was "late" for my B12 injection, I felt so terrible, I had completely forgot about it!
Thankfully they were still able to get me in later in the afternoon so I could still be on the same schedule.

I took some clothes to Style Encore to sell (I know I've talked about this place before to you guys but if you haven't been yet you totally need to go! and if you have clothes to get rid of just take em in and then you're not even spending anything to get new!)
Then I ran to the mall and the supply store for a few things and decided to get Jimmy Johns for lunch/supper and treated myself to a caramel mocha from Starbucks.

When I got home from Des Moines I had just enough time to drop my stuff off at home and run to Fareway to get a few things before I had to head to my B12 injection.

Deegan thought he should help unbag...or eat?😏.

When we had a little extra money this winter I bought a couple Bath and Body Works and Victoria Secret gift cards to take advantage of the semi annual sale thats going on right now.

Heres my haul from Bath and Body Works.
I always love anything with the Coco Shea scent so I loved those, I grabbed the Island sand one because I like a heavy exfoliation but I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it, I don't know if I love the scent or not...
I'd never gotten the Aromatherapy Oils before (I've used the other products in that line though) so I decided to try this one out and I love it!
I've never tried the hand sanitizer sprays but they were on clearance and smelled soo good so I grabbed a couple of those.
I always love the soaps but still have a few on hand so I just grabbed one.
I love the body sprays and this one smelled great!
I've never tried the melts before but oh my gosh these smelled so good (seems to be a recurring thing...😂) and they were super cheap so I'm going to try them in my Scentsy warmers.
I love the wallflower plugs and had just run out so I grabbed a few of these too)

As far as the sale prices go I know you can get the soaps just as cheap and the Aromatherapy stuff on sale for even cheaper than it is right now so if you're on a budget and want to shop I'd skip those for now and go for the body washes, lotions, candles (I love the candles but the three wick are usually to overpowering for me😕 If you can handle the scent totally get them!), and wallflowers.

Clearly I'm on a body scrub kick...😂.
The Aloe-ha scrub smells soo good! and I'm excited to try the detox wash and mask.
I love the coco stick to throw in my purse for a lotion and then I grabbed the aloe-sooth balm also to have in my purse if Joe gets sunburned when we're out and about.
Oh and the scent of that body wash is AMAZING.
I was so excited to see the pink bra in store because I had looked at it online and thought it was so cute! Well I tried it on and it comes up really high if that makes sense, I'm not sure if it will work with any tank tops or anything so I'm going to check and if it does I'll exchange it for something else.
The camo one I love though and is so cute!

I didn't get any gift cards to Yankee Candle so I didn't dare venture down to that end of the mall...But if you're in the market for some new scents or cute decor definitely go check them out too. I love getting the car air fresheners, candles and warmer scents and I've actually found a ton of cute decor I've used at the salon and my house for really cheap prices!

Once I got things unpacked I decided to sit outside with the dogs and enjoy my Starbucks.
A caramel mocha has always been my go to drink but I recently started getting it with Coconut Milk instead of regular and it taste SO much better!
I usually get a Grande but went with the venti today...but if you usually only get a medium here's what I get.
Decaf (I can't do caffeine)
2 pumps caramel syrup
2 pumps mocha
coconut milk
no whip
(I get the nitro lid because they say not to use straws if you have crohns)

I've slowly been dwindling down my magazine subscriptions, I had so many coming in when I had the salon and I just didn't read them all but this is one I look forward to every month!! I also picked up the new Magnolia Journal last month but I let dad read it first so I'm looking forward to getting my hands on it!

The dogs don't like to "play" in the front yard so I took them to the back yard and decided to do a little blog work outside.

I've been trying to get some content wrote up and have an actual plan to get regular post going every week in the fall!

Ok get ready for puppy picture overload again...they're just to cute not to share🤷‍♀️.

Joe is so excited that one of them is FINALLY playing with this deer antler he got for them a couple years ago😂.

Trying to people watch.

I promise I think Dublins just as cute as Deegan, he just doesn't like to pose for pictures like Deegan does!

One of my favorite past times when I'm bored is go through all the filters on snapchat and send them to Joe😂😂 I thought this one was pretty funny.

We have been SO happy with Deegan's progress since we've been "laying down the law" on him...The dogs are playing and getting along so much better!

Mid afternoon I started to get hungry and decided to finish off one of the halves of my sandwich I picked up at Jimmy Johns earlier.

The way his little body looks when he looks out the window just cracks me up😂.

Look at that face...Daddy's clothes made the perfect pillow.

Joe snapped this of me and the doggies when he got home, they never get to far away from me and I'm ok with that😊.

Joe went to have dinner with a couple of his cousins so the dogs and I settled on the couch with more Matlock and I finished off the other half of my Jimmy Johns.

All the cuddles.

Then I realized around 6:00pm that I had totally forgot my groceries in the car from like 1:00...😒😒.
Thankfully everything was ok! I'll just make Joe test the milk before I use it for anything😉.

This guy...he played outside for a couple hours and got to play tug of war and was still ready for more when we were ready for bed...

As you can see our Saturday morning started pretty slow.

This one cracks me up😂.

Man I don't know what happened but I did not sleep like at all! Joe had to work Saturday morning so he was up around 4:30 - 5:00 and I'm pretty sure I didn't go back to sleep after that😒.

I did actually feel like I had a little more energy despite not sleeping and I think its because I had my B12 injection and then it hit me why I've probably been feeling so crappy lately (I Think) my dr had me stop taking my iron pills a few weeks ago and I guess I never realized how much they actually help me! I see my hematologist the 25th though and then she'll get me set up on regular iron infusions and let me tell you as much as I hate getting poked with needles...I'm looking forward to that day and having a little more energy!

I decided to start my day off with a little music and went with the Crowder station, these were the first two songs that played and they're two of my favorites!! I would highly recommend this station on Pandora, its such a great playlist!

I'm seriously kicking myself...I usually try and get up early to eat some toast and take my prednisone and I didn't do it till 9:00 today...soo hopefully not sleeping last night will counteract taking the prednisone so late today...one can only hope😂.

My ootd - My tank-top is from Walmart, I got it for like $7 and its so comfy! The shorts are the express ones I got a few months ago that I love!

I was hungry mid morning so I warmed up a muffin from Hyvee.

Right after Joe got home from work a friend stopped over to give us a pool for the dogs she didn't need and return some stuff she borrowed. and to bring a puppy over to see if we wanted😩.

Dublin did fine with her, he's pretty indifferent. Deegan didn't do that great although you would never tell it from this picture right after they left!

They ended up getting rid of that one today so we're going to try again on Monday and see how he does...I'll keep you guys posted!

I mentioned to my friend that I wanted to try out a curling wand on my hair and she had one that she let me borrow, I need a little practice with it but so far I'm loving it!

We ran out to Walmart to figure out what pool products grandma needed to pick up and it was soo nice out we decided to throw our plans out the window for the day and take a ride on the motorcycle for a few hours.

It was so beautiful out and a perfect day for a ride!

Picture overload I know...but there were to many good ones not to share!

When we got home I threw the leftover pizza from the other night in the toaster oven for an early supper.
I don't know how we went so many years without a toaster oven, we use it so much now!

After we were done eating we headed outside for Joe to mow the lawn and the dogs to get some time outside.

Deegan is loving the new pool! It' a little bigger than the other so he has more room to roll around.

I had to get in and stand with Dublin to get him to actually get in the pool but he stayed long enough for me to snap this picture!

Once we were done outside I was putting laundry away and Joe decided to go through his shirts and get rid of some. Deegan just laid right down on the pile and made himself comfortable, he was totally unfazed by Joe throwing more on top of him😂.

I heard a commercial for the new McDonalds slushies and I had to have one...they were so yummy!

When we got home I got to work picking up the house and getting some things ready for Fathers day lunch at our house tomorrow.
I got the eggs boiled in the instant pot (Oh my gosh soo easy!!).
And got the brownies in the oven for dessert.

While the brownies were in the oven I decided to try a trick my friend told me to do to get this wax off the wall.

It worked so well!!

If this ever happens to you...All you need is an iron, an old towel you don't want, and some patience.
It really doesn't take to long probably 30 seconds to a minute of pressing on the wax and it comes right off the wall.

Finished! I may have had a tiny little square to taste before I put the frosting on...

A rare sighting of them wanting to be closer to Joe than me, I don't know if it's because they could tell he didn't feel good or because they know he wants another puppy😉.

Such a sweet old boy.

I glanced over and caught him locked in on the chewy.com commercial that was playing on tv😂.

My parents stopped by to drop off the ham for Joe to smoke Sunday and Deegan was watching grandpa like a hawk😂.

A friend of mine shared this with me and it really stuck with me, I've said it before but it's always good to have a reminder...No matter what you're going through whether its an illness or just a struggle of some sort in life I hope this helps😊.

National Peanut Butter Day

In honor of National peanut butter day coming up this Sunday the 24th, I thought I would share my favorite  peanut butter recipes from the blog.  I don’t know about you, but I never need an excuse for peanut butter, BUT I do love using these National (insert whatever here) day as a fun way to celebrate some of my favorite things.  To start us off I’ll share my favorite first! This is a little generic and certainly not all about peanut butter but my favorite is definitely  Chocolate Nobake Cookies (with peanut butter of course). And now for the rest in really no particular order because I couldn’t possibly decide between them all🤷‍♀️. Peanut blossoms   Peanut butter cookies Peanut butter sandwich cookies Peanut butter bars -  Chocolate peanut butter bars   Chocolate scotcheroos  Chocolate peanut butter fudge  Peanut butter cups  Chocolate peanut butter pie  Peanut butter popcorn And lastly...if you want peanut butter but with a li...

Instant Pot Hamburger Helper

Instant Pot Hamburger Helper To get started you're going to turn your instant pot to the sauce feature. When it shows "Hot" on the display you're ready to add your olive oil and hamburger. Throw in all of your seasonings and brown the hamburger. Once its browned, add the noodles and more seasonings. Then add the two cans of beef broth and try to push all the ingredients down so there's not too much sitting on the surface. Then set the instant pot to cook for 8 minutes and do a quick release. Add in your milk, cheese, and party dip or sour cream if you have it. Turn it back onto sauté and stir everything together until it's melted. And serve! I don't know about you guys...but in our opinion you can't have hamburger helper without some bread and butter to go along with it😉. Ingredients: 1lb hamburger 8 oz elbow noodles 2 14 oz cans beef broth  1/2 - 1 cup milk  8 oz shredded ch...

Life update + some new projects

Lifish update I’ll do a full “anniversary post” in July but I’ve just had a lot of thoughts lately about life, crohns, everything. To be honest I’ve had a lot of confusion and even discouragement which is not normally me. I’m coming up on two years and while I’m no where near how I was two years ago (I mean that was pretty bad...😳) I’m also nowhere near where I thought I would be, I remember thinking that on the year anniversary too and I kind of think that feeling has just progressed since then😕. I’m no better than I was 8 months ago to be completely honest with you and in some ways may or worse? I am so so thankful to have a diagnosis and know what’s wrong with me, but with that I thought would come answers and healing. I’ve had some answers and some healing of course, but there’s still really a lot of unknown! In the beginning I used to talk about finding my “new normal” well I’m here to tell you 2 years later I still haven’t found it😂. Learning to navigate something new ...
