Kringla
Ingredients:
1 stick Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 tsp Vanilla
3 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, egg, and buttermilk together, then add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Put into refrigerator until firm and can handle without getting real soft.
Roll into small figure eights.
Bake until light brown at 400 degrees, Approximately 8 minutes.
Tips:
You want to only take a small amount out of the fridge at a time as you want it to stay cold so it's easier to work with.
Use a light amount of flour an lightweight movement for rolling.
