Meatballs
Get all of your ingredients into the bowl.
Mix it together - but not too much.
Scoop it out onto your cookie sheet.
Then shape the meatballs.
Bake.
Then sometimes you turn around to your dog patiently waiting for his meatballs.
Once its baked, simmer in pasta sauce for 10 minutes.
And serve!
Ingredients:
- 1lb Hamburger
- 1lb Italian Sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 TBS Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup Colby Jack Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Tbs Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tbs Pepper
- 1/2 Tbs Parsley
- 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Garlic Parmesan
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper (You don't have to do this...but I like easier cleanup😉)
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl
- Mix together (Don't over mix or the meat will become tough)
- Use a 2" cookie scoop to scoop out equal sizes onto a cookie sheet
- Once I got all of the meatballs on the cookie sheet (I was able to get 6 rows of 4) I shaped them more into a ball
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until it has reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees
- Turn halfway through so the bottoms don't turn to brown
- Simmer in pasta sauce for 10 minutes and then serve
- Makes 45 meatballs
