My Divine Life

I created this fun vision board for our bedroom to help get an idea of what we want and finally get to work on it. Starting with the paint -  We'll have one wall as an "accent wall" that will be the greenish color.  The other 3 will be light gray and then I'm going to paint the dressers the pink color.  I found the ceiling fan, light, and drawer pulls at Lowes - The light is on sale for like $13 a piece and we're actually going to mount them on the wall above the bed like sconces. The carpet is from Menards - It's nothing fancy but we have a small area of flooring that will actually even show the carpet so I'm not worried about getting anything too durable. I found curtains already that I've hung - One is pink very similar to the one I have posted and the other is a fun pattern that will still go with the scheme of the room. English Muffin Breakfast Pizza I used  this  recipe to make the English muffins, its mixed in the bread machine but you could easily convert it using a stand mixer or look on Pinterest for a simple English muffin recipe. I found they don't have the holes necessarily like store bout English muffins but after looking around on Pinterest it looks like most of the homemade don't, eventually I might try to tweak it but we were happy with the flavor of them so I'm not in a hurry to change it. These were very easy to assemble and I love that you know what ingredients are going into your meal. Once the English muffins are done they'll look like this. As you can see not quite the consistency on the inside but still had good flavor. Weekly Recap March 10th - 16th I hope you all like dog pictures because theres a lot of them this week...well there probably is every week but they're just too darn cute. My ootd Sunday - my parents got me this top from Kohl’s for Christmas and it’s so comfy to wear with leggings!  Sunday was my dads birthday so my parents, brother, and grandma came over for lunch to celebrate.  We’ve still been having fun experimenting with the air fryer so we tried our homemade French fries and sweet potato fries, they were so yummy!  The sweet potato ones look a little dark because I reheated them in the toaster oven but I don’t normally like sweet potato fries and I loved these!  Joe smoked a beef loin and he chopped up some potatoes and put them on there too and did smoked mac and cheese in a Dutch oven, oh my goodness I told him I don’t know if I can do regular Mac and cheese again or was soo delicious!
