Ham, Egg, & Cheese Breakfast Croissant

Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Croissant  I put Joe to work helping me with this recipe. (See Deegan peaking over the table?😏) Use an Emulsion blender, whisk or fork to mix eggs, milk, and spices together. Pour into 9x 13 baking dish. While Eggs are baking cut each croissant in half (I got one package at Walmart and one at Fareway, in the future I'll just use the round ones from faraway) Add one slice of cheese and 3 slices of ham to the top half of the croissant. Once the eggs have cooled cut them into 8 sections and add to the bottom half of the croissant. Wrap in saran wrap and place in a freezer safe ziplock bag. Ingredients: 8 croissants (round ones were purchased at Faraway and rectangle were purchased at Walmart) 1 package deli ham (I used 3 slices per sandwich and 1 package was just enough) 8 slices cheese 12 eggs 2 tablespoons milk Spices Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan wit

Weekly Recap September 16th-22nd

Weekly Recap September 16th - 22nd Sunday was a pretty lazy day, we watched Breakfast Club for the first time! I know I know I'm sure you're all shocked that neither one of us had seen it before...I'm going to be totally honest with you, I didn't love it, Joe says its because I didn't go to public school cause he liked it😆. Some morning cuddles💙💙 and Deegans face kills me😆😆. Joe went hunting later in the day with his brother and was gone for a few hours, Deegan spent 90% of the time he was gone right here watching for him to come home, he is so sweet! Monday was infusion day, its always right in the middle of the day so unless we run errands afterwords theres not much we do other than that. These photos basically sum up my Monday and Tuesday💙💙. Wednesday I did a little cleaning and cut a couple family members hair, then I finished up a couple projects you'll see coming soon!  I also finished up this pumpkin sign that

Crockpot Pizza

Crockpot Pizza I'm totally taking you guys along for a first time experiment! I'll add in the notes what I would do differently next time.  Heres all of the ingredients I used, plus my 6 quart slow cooker.   (P.S. I have a cousin that works at the Tones factory and its the best thing ever...everytime I see my Aunt I get a bag full of goodies!  We've gotten so many good seasonings like this Italian one.  Last time I got Sprinkles! - Those of you that know me well know I LOVE cookie cutters and sprinkles😂) I had these parchment paper sheets on hand and it was the perfect size for the crockpot, you can easily cut your own or spray the crockpot with a cooking spray. I sprinkled a little flour on the parchment paper, laid out both of the packages of of dough and sprinkled with a little more flour before shaping it into an oval.  Then I placed it in the crockpot and finished shaping it.  It doesn't need to be perfect, just get your edg

Weekly Recap Sept 2nd - 15th

Weekly Recap I've slacked on my weekly recap post...last week I started to have a Crohn's flare up so I've been pretty low key the last two weeks so we'll just do a fun highlight of the last few weeks and I'll get back on track next week! Labor Day weekend Joe was sick so we just took it easy and relaxed around the house. We did end up going to Des Moines that Saturday and did a little browsing around Homemakers (I worked there in Beauty School and man did I forget how delicious those cookies are!) A few of the things I thought were super cute for fall, I'm going to try and recreate a few of the signs for our house. Did ya'll know that they sell the Magnolia Home Collection?? I had totally forgot that, there were a lot of cute pieces.  A few things I picked up at Target...Who else loves the dollar spot?? Although I gotta say...when they first came out with it, it really was the dollar spot but now its more like the $3 and $5 spot...jus
